DreamCatcher Farms Puppy Sales Agreement

This contract between Dreamcatcher Farm (DCF) POBox 6300226 Nacogdoches, Texas (936) 645 0395 and Buyer __________________________________________________________________________

In consideration of payment of the total sum of six hundred fifty dollars for one puppy.

Breeding/Show Quailty Puppy Breeder's Guarantee

DCF guarantees the above described puppy against congenital or hereditary deformities of dysfunctions documented withein 24 monthes of age. This guarantee does not cover show or working success as there are many factors other than physical soundness that go into determining such success. If covered defects do occur the buyer may spay or neuter the afflicted animal, and upon receiveing proof of sterilization or veterinary certified proof of death due to covered defects, DCF will replace it with a puppy of Breeding without charge. Pups are to be picked up by the buyer at the DCF location. Such replacement will be made subject to availablity and made within 1 year of the date of sterlization or death or within 10 weeks of the arrival of the first litter after notification. All claims must be made within 30 days of the determination of the covered defect. Buyer agrees not to breed the afflicted dog. If the dog has produced, or sired a litter prior to either the determination of the serious defect or prior to the receipt of OFA certification, the guarantee portion of the contract is null and void.

If at any time you are unable to keep your DCF pup/dog, we will either take the dog back or do everything possible to help rehome the dog. If the dog is returned, DCF will not reimburse you for the cost of the dog, or any expenses including vet care, training, shipping, ect. Buyer is responsible for all costs involved in returning the dog. Dog must be current on vaccinations and free from any infectious,contagious, and or communicable disease.

Buyer Responsibilites

The Buyer accepts full responsiblity for the proper care once the pup leaves DCF, as DCF cannot be held responsible for the death, injury, deformity, or temperment of the pup due to illness, accident, or deviation form adequte care and socialization required for a giant breed guardian pup as the Anatolian. Buyer agrees to arrange for adequate veterinary care, including DH- Parvo and Rabies inoculations. Feeding a high protein, high fat food, or poor quality is detrimental to the health of the Anatolian Shepherd and nullifies the health guarantee for this dog. Do not feed more than a 23% protein dog food.

Shipping Conditions

If Buyer elects to have their pup shipped, either by air or ground, Buyer releases DCF of all responsibility for the pup at the time pup leaves our care. As the Buyer, I realize I am solely responsible for any problems incurred during shipping or after as a result of shipping.
